About Us

Braekitz Maine Coons is a small breeding cattery in Kilbirnie, Scotland just 20 minutes from Glasgow Airport. I have been showing and breeding since 1998 and love my pets very much. I am registered with both The Maine Coon Cat Club & Birman Cat Club UK.

Life is never quiet or boring. I'm Mum to four daughters and Nana to five lovely grandchildren. I live at home with my youngest daughter, our beautiful Maine Coon Cats, three Lhasa Apsos, Golden Retriever, two Working Cocker Spaniels and our four pet chickens; Belle, Buffy, Speckles & Freckles.

When I'm not at home you'll usually find me pottering around my garden or a few minutes along the road tending to and riding my two lovely highland ponies, Beech & Fearchas.
